Nope, first time to a TTR. Should be a good way to end a nice 10 days in cabo. And we have a car for the whole trip so the options remain open regardless.

Look forward to meeting you. We plan on going down to San Lucas one evening for Hagar's bday bash, do some sightseeing that we didn't do last time, and otherwise hangout, drink, and have fun at the resort.

Yes, I was asking about Haggar. Not much of a fan of his music, but it sounds like a good time. Always game for big time live concerts in small places.

You can't beat Sammy's Bday bash...only 600 people let in each night, very in-close setting, standing room only. He usually brings a couple of celebrity guests each year. Had Emeril up there 2 years ago.

And don't discount his music. Purists talk crap on the "Van Hagar" years, but I'm sorry, those years were much better musically than the Roth years, and I like DLR. The 4 albums Hagar did with Van Halen blow away anything before. Plus, Hagar's solo stuff is great, and very diverse...from countryish, pop, to just damn good rock-n-roll. Finally, he's a great solo guitarist, and shows it during the bash.

Enough of my Hagar Propaganda machine.
Sure hope more folks than this are going to be at Temptations that week!

We have not booked yet but very soon 7-14 Oct. Never been there and are hoping to meet some good people and have some let your hair down fun. We are going for our 20th Anniversary

I tired to book tickets and registered but the site never sent me a password...I've seen sammy 4 times with Halen and he is one down to earth performer

Just got home from getting bookings, we are there from 8-15 Oct. we arrive at 4:45 pm and would imagine we'd be at resot by 6 or so..just in time to get room, eat drink and have fun. Anyone know what happens on the saturday night there? Damn really can't wait now that we have spent the money.

They delayed selling tickets until August 16th. Website issues. The new Chickenfoot cd comes out right before the bday shows. Can't wait!

Officially less than a month to go!
I'm down 10 lbs, and my wife 5...feeling good and eager for the trip.

Anyone else coming that week?

We have been thinking about doing one of those "booze cruises"...has anyone done one?
