Restaurants/Recent Visits?

It seems from Tripadvisor that some people have run into issues with the restaurants not being open during these lighter months at the resort. Can any recent guests offer any information on this? We've done TTR Cancun but not Cabo, and we're bringing friends, and I'd hate to show up and only have a buffet for five nights for them to eat. I'll be contacting the resort as well but thought I'd ask here in case anyone had encountered this.

There is always a restauarant or 2 open, so you won't be forced to eat a buffet for 5 nights

We've been going the last week of Nov for a few years and only once has one of the four restaurants been closed.
