It seems the Sports Pool is now open 24X7 not the sexy pool and full nudity is never allowed outside of the entertainment staff controlled games at anytime. Full nudity is grounds for eviction from the hotel.

Now, does it happen from time to time, yes. Have people gotten away with it in the past and might they get away with it in the future? Yes. Do I want to jeprodize the remained of my vacation at the hotel with no refund for monies paid? No.

Just tell them its your birthday and ask them if they want to join in. This happen to us a couple of years ago after late night of dancing and we all wanted to cool off so off to the sexy pool we went and after about ten minutes one of the officers show up and stands by the bar for a few minutes and said you all need to get out and I told him it was my birthday and he was more than welcome to join in. He then smiled and said you may take your birthday party to the beach and I will make sure no one bothers you !!! DAM WHAT A NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, people do go skinny dipping.. but wanted to make sure that as newbie's you knew the rules and consequences if you did.

Most of the time security will just ask you to get out and put your clothes on. But if you’re a repeat offender then they might do more.

Also know that public nudity is illegal in Mexico, so if you’re out on the beach and the cops as opposed to hotel security catches you then there are different rules.

Don’t want to come across as a downer.. you can do what you want but like I said, just wanted you to know what you were actually doing and not be surprised later.

Have I been skinny dipping on the beach? Yup.. but I knew what I was risking when I did it.

Be careful in the ocean also. Last year someone in our group found a jelly fish when decided to "refresh" after dancing at Patty-Os. A lot of marine life do feed at night and in the dark you may be mistaken as food...
