How far from the resort is Ediths? I assume you take a cab. How much was that. Thanks!

Actually isn't Los cabos. It's in San Jose. Same city as resort is in. Tropicana , shooters bar and many other good restaurants are a 5 dollar cab ride away

If hockey fans shooters is owned by calgarians and show all the canadian games. Nothing like watching hockey outside drinking beer and eating great food

I should also point out for my American friends on here who don't follow hockey. Shooters is a sports bar. They show NFL, ufc. Anything that's on at the time.

A lot of the restaurants that are on the Cabo Passport card are in San Jose, so depending on how much you want to eat out that could be worthwhile to look into getting too.

Thanks, kinda wanted an idea how far it would be to eat out once or twice during a week stay. Any good seafood places near the resort? The more I read about TT Cabo I think we want to give it a try.

We shared a van-cab with 2 other couples and it cost about $50 bucks.... If you ask them to pick you up after they will return... Double check with the concierge at the resort and they will help you ...

Cheers..

I highly recommend Alexander's on the marina in Cabo San Lucas. We had 2 filets, 2 lobster tails, coconut shrimp and fish of the day for $68.

Here is a nice site to visit for restaurant information. www.loscabosguide.com

So many restaurants to choose from in San Jose or in Cabo San Lucas or down the corridor. Some of the ones we enjoy are Baja Brewing Company, Cactus Jack's Bar and Grill, 7 Seas Restaurant and Bar, The Hill Top Restaurant, Zippers Bar and Grill, for lunch and cold beer Tacos Rossy and Shooters Sports Bar. So many great places to eat and so little time. In Cabo San Lucas we have enjoyed The Office and Solomon's Landing and others. Good luck.

Jen and I had a great meal at a place called El Herrado in San Jose. We took the school bus public transportation into town for $1.50 and they drop you off near the fire station. Restaurant is right behind it, very large portions, could easily split an entree and be happy. Save room for the Margarittas, taxi back to resort was $3 with tip. Looking forward to next trip back with the fun gang.

I ate at a place called Pier 19 in SanJose del Cabo last year when I was there. Just happened to be wandering past the door and it looked interesting. Food and service was outstanding. Pier 19 Seafood and Bar | San Jose del Cabo | Cabo San Lucas , trip advisor reviews here Pier 19 Seafood Restaurant Reviews, San Jose del Cabo, Mexico - TripAdvisor Looks like they have a place in Cabo san Lucas as well now.

Manuel's Creative Cuisine, about fifteen to twenty minutes away from resort on the road to Los Cabos from San Jose. Best food of my life! I am an epicurean, and it is to die for. Little pricey, but not for this caliber of dining. It is a fusion of mediterranean and mexican cuisine. Manuel Arredondo is a master chef who is world renowned. DO NOT MISS THE CHANCE To DINE HERE! Tropicana in down town Los Cabos is certainly one of the best restaurants we have ever visited. The food is irresistible and there are plenty of great cocktails to try.
