|  solo/single girl goin to los cabos temptations nov 4-10 :) anyone else going november 4-10?? its my first time travelling solo and also my first time to cabo and temptations....any tips??? |

| For those who havent been there, that is at the friday night Jacuzzi party. There were a lot of people in the jacuzzi watching him as well.  In all our trips to the resort, I have been called the mayor, the god, the lord of Tempatations, but he was the king of temptations that week. No doubt about it.

| Amie; I've been to both Cabo and Cancun temptations as a single, traveling alone guy. From my experience, you get about what you would expect. If you are willing to put out a bit of effort, there are plenty of people you can hang with, yes mostly couples, but there are generally also some singles m&f there as well. Someone's always going off to some activity you can tag along with, or just chat with at the pool or bar or eat with. The Cabo Temptations is a bit slower pace than Cabo, but there is generally always something going on as the entertainment staff generally has something kicking off every hour or so during the day. I will normally alternate one day on-resort with the next day off-resort activities. I've taken several of the gray line and Expedia tour or activities in the past and have found them, again even if single/alone to be not bad. The heart of San Jose is only a little over a mile from Temptations, so is an easy walk even for a spur of the moment. San Jose is a much more quiet town, with mainly shopping, dining and some art options. Cabo itself is further, either a taxi or bus ride but still not that far away, and has all the night-life opportunities. And yes, I'll be overlapping with your stay...I'm there 11/1 - 11/15 this year. pm me if you want more details... Nate |

| Unfortunately I don't arrive until the 14th. This is my 1st trip to Cabo, have been to Cancun 4X always as a single. Only thing bothering me is I've read alot of posts that say not alot of singles in Cabo. I sure don't want to stand out like a sore thumb. That being said I will have a good time and have my kilt and my 70's outfits set, not to mention I will bring my own song for the Karaoke. Liquid courage may (WILL) be required as I am basically not an outgoing person. So if you see me alone in the pool, come talk to me PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
