Default Jello shots

Trying to figure out the best way to make jello shots in the room. Anyone have experience making them down there and want to share what they did?

Dale of Dmac is our resident expert for the May crowd. I'm not sure how he does it, but he does it well! Always seems to have the right supply on hand.

I have never done this before, but it might just work. Do the rooms have personal refridgerators and a coffee maker? Use the coffee maker to heat the water for the jello and place them in the fridge to set up.

They have both and you can do both.

Don't forget to use booze instead of water. Personally I'm just not sure of the water to booze ratio to use if you add water at all...

I'm just a consumer as opposed to a manufacture...

I cup hot water, 1 cup booze ... Happy Jello shots!
Of course you can always make it stronger or weaker depending on the water/booze ratio...

I usually add a bit of water to mine (3/4 cup vodka & 1/4 cup water). As long as the vodka/water gets nice and hot, the jello should set up just fine in the mini-fridge. And the Temptation rooms have everything you need to make them, other than the vodka and jello.

I'm good with the ratios. I was more curious about how to get boiling water. Coffee pot may work though, I would just be worried about the jello having a coffee taste to them

Out you make yours strong. I usually do about a 7:3 water to alcohol ratio so people don't get so trashed so quickly. I also only use sugar free jello to make them healthier lol

Yeah, they burn going down. And definitely run straight water through your coffee maker about 3-4 times before you make the shots to try and clear out the taste.

I made then last weekend with raspberry sour puss, raspberry jello. 1 cup hot water, 3/4 cup booze and 1/4 cup water. We had about a hundred of them and they were a hit. I also made some with vodka. Same ratios and they were great. They need to chill for about 5 hours in a good fridge maybe longer in those small crappy fridges.
