| Transportation that usually comes as part of a package is usually one of those that have several different couples from several hotels and takes a while to get to TTR. Using Brant's USA service from the link below is really the best way to go. It might cost you a little extra but the service and speed you get to the hotel makes it worth the cost. It's the one I always use now. Jamie |

| I'm with JeffnRain. We've used Bestday different times. Just BE SURE to let your sunwing rep at the airport know when you get there. You don't want everybody else on the Sunwing transfer pissed cause they are waiting for people that don't show up. It has happened to us twice! AAARGGH! |

| Seriously - USA Transfers is the way to go. I (literally) blew through customs, walked outside, was in a car within 5 minutes and went straight to the resort. It is amazing how fast they are. I'm also going to throw out there that booking through CancunCare.com - you are supporting a site that everyone of you have used for information. Maybe it's cause I live in a close knit small neighborhood...I always want to support someone who has been there to support me, even if it costs a couple more bucks. But - for that couple more bucks you are getting up to an hour or two of extra time at the resort. Worth it!!

| We agree, USA Transfers is the way to go. It's so much faster than the shared transfers for just a couple extra bucks. Well worth it in our opinion. |

| USA Transfers books roundtrip and it is not overly early. This will be our third year to use USA even though Apple gives us a transfer with their vacation. For us it is worth paying extra but someone who is more frugal might not agree. Everything can be handled on-line and they will send you the times promptly. I am glad I read this thread as I need to get my transfer booked! |

| We have used USA Transfers for the last 5 visits rather than use the included package bus. Our first visit we were loaded onto a 50 seat coach and toured around 3 other hotels before getting to TTR. Since then we've used Brant and his guys and have never been let down. The year we married there was a bouquet of flowers waiting for me in the van. For us it just makes the holiday start a little earlier and a little easier |

| We are arriving at the Cancun airport at 6:25 pm and when flying out we leave at 7:25 pm. Can USA transfers accomodate these times and what times should we book for? How long after arrival and how early should a person be at the airport before departure? In conjunction with this, can a person stay at TTR after the checkout time when the flight is an evening one, like ours? Thanks for the help and how can USA transfers be booked through this site? p.s. Do you have to pay a fee, at the airport, to leave? |

| We always use USA Transfers I just let my travel agent here at home know that and she makes a note in the file. They know what time you need to be back at the airport so they will book your return transfer accordingly. If you use the transfer that is included with your package you would be the first ones picked up so that's why it seems so early compared to when USA Transfers does it. I would think the company would be available 24/7 so your arrival and departure times shouldn't be an issue. D

There is a departure tax when you leave but some tour operators include this in your package. Ours doesn't and we pay it as we check in to come home. It can be paid in dollars or pesos but they do want cash and they do want the exact fee.

When you book you'll be asked to enter your flight departure time, the staff at USA Transfers will recommend a pick up time to give you enough time (but not excessive) to make your flight time comfortably and conveniently. Checkout at TTR is at noon but you can store your luggage, keep your wristband and enjoy the facilities until it's time to leave. To book through this site either click on the blue underlined link that appears when >>> USA Transfers <<< is mentioned, or at the bottom of each page you'll see a USA transfers logo, you can click on that too. Departure taxes: There is always a departure tax but for US and Canadian visitors this is almost always included in the price of your ticket, so usually not noticed. For Brits, if you travel with a charter such as Thomson or First Choice then it is excluded - so needs to be paid separately. For Brits traveling on scheduled flights i.e British Airways it is always included so no extra to pay.
