First time in April - can't wait!

My wife and I and another couple just booked our first trip to ttr for April 15-21th to celebrate the girls 30th birthdays. I'm very excited and slowly learning more about what to expect by reading all of the great posts. The wives tend to be a little self conscious about their bodies after having kids. Hopefully the sun, alcohol, and free spiritedness of the other guests will help them feel comfortable and loosen up. I'm not one to just start chatting it up with people I don't know, unless I've been drinking. So that shouldn't be a problem! Only three months away!

My wife and I booked TTR a month ago for our first trip without the kids. Now that we found this forum and Woody and the April Addicts we feel like we are going with about 40 of our closest friends that we have actually never met before. haha see ya April 14th till the 21st.

40!! I think the count is somewhere around 88. We were April Newbies last year, they are the best bunch of people we've ever met, I'm sure you will have friends for life. See ya there 12-26

Your going to find that it's not hard to be there and not chat up people. See you in april. We are there April 12-26th.

monique is right. and boy can she chat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha just kidding. but really i am kinda reserved. not snotty but just, less out going than most. but i found it really easy to walk up and talk to people. everyone is so friendly. sadly here in utah alot of people sit back and judge, if you arent of the mormon persuasion, then well a finger or two can be pointed your way. usually i point a certain finger right back, but its so much funner to meet different people, and enjoy hearing about diff. things.

You will love and your going in April so you will have no trouble making friends there! Last year was our first year there and we wouldn't consider going any other time than April. Met alot of great people that we look forward to seeing again this year. Welcome! See you in 11 weeks!

We did May last year and going April 24 to 28th this year for quick trip. You will have a blast and great place for birthday fun!
