The GYM

When we were there last year in October, the gym was being refurbished. We worked out at the gym across the street. Has anyone been to TTR gym since October and what were your thoughts?

I was there in march 2010 and 2011, not many working out which left me just enough room. Hope it is up and going for my visit in March 12.

we went to temptation mid feb 2011 the gym was very nice we didnt know it had a reno........everything u need for a great work out clean.fresh towels ..water...ect..

Thanks folks but I wanted to know what it looked like after the renovations in OCT 2011. We did work out there but the weights were not heavy enough nor did all of the cardio machines work.

We use the gym most days we are at Temptations/Desire Cabo.

As of this past December 20th there were no renovations completed (noticeable anyway) and the place needed a good going over.
There are two crappy treadmills, one bike, one elliptical maybe...some dumbbells on the rack and, of course, the universal station.
We love the resort, but the gym has always been a bit dated and wanting. We generally just roll with it; it does the job.
But since you asked....

Thanks for the info Lite. Looks like we will be going across the street. They charge 12 a day per person or 30 per person for the week.
