| My husband researched any & every site this year. In the past we have always found Travelocity to be the cheapest. We saw alot of people talking about booking through Alpharooms which Steve recommends on Cancuncare & how much it saved them. So he did alot of research, & reading threads on it, & asking alot of questions. He was a little unsure cuz its a UK company. After alot of positive feedback we decided to book through them & it ended up saving us about 450.00 over Travelocity (for 12 nts). When you book through them though it is only for the rooms so you have to book your flight separate. Check them out. Hope this helps.

I travel a lot for work. Wr still use our trusty ole travel agent for all our bookings. I prefer talking to a real live human being instead of a computer screen. If things go wrong for a lot of reasons I can always call him and fixes it for me. One time I had a flight to get cancelled and he had me rebooked while everyone else was still standing in line at the ticker counter. He got me another seat before they all got taken. I doubt a virtual internet entity will have much empathy for me in a pinch. It sometimes cost me $25 dollars more but it is money well spent. Of course I am one of those guys that pay an extra fifty dollars to my local hardware store for a lawn mower instead of buying it at the big box store too. He'll fix it for me if something goes wrong. Something beyond Wal-marts comprehension. One more little tidbit..I support American companies when I can.....god knows I spend enought in Mexico as it is.

We just booked through Alpharooms yesterday. I was a little nervous about it because I've read some things on other sites that didn't sound very good, but after getting feedback from people on this site, we decided to give it a try. It saved us $270 over Funjet, which was the next cheapest one I found. We did have a little trouble getting our card to process. It created the booking with Alpharooms, however, and I had to go back into the "manage my booking" tab to try to process the card a second and then third time. I had called our bank ahead of time but didn't make any difference -- Visa still declined it because of a fraud alert -- they said probably because it was a foreign transaction. What I ended up having to do is have the bank temporarily remove the fraud protection on my card and then it went through with no problem. Alpharooms sent our voucher within minutes. I sent an e-mail to Temptations just to confirm that they have our reservation. Haven't heard back from them yet.

After searching for weeks we endeed up with cheaptickets. Most companies will Match price, but not include promo codes. Ctxvacations100 saves you an additional 100 bucks! Then use the private transfers though this site, $55 for private non-stop!

The best deal we found for our upcoming trip in March was through Apple (applevacations.com).

Another good thing about booking with Apple is they will always provide the ground transportation as part of the deal. That will save you $60 bucks. ..and you don't have to buy the air thru them eithe. You can use your miles points ( if you have any ) and buy your plane tickets separate.

Thanks for all the advice ! We usually use apple for our vacations as well as a travel agent. The thing about alpha is they have the rooms named something different than the temptations site. I want to make sure I get the top notch room
