Party Hopper Tour

I am going for my first trip May 26-31. I have been reading this forum and really appreciate all the tips.

Has anyone done the Party Hopper Tour? I saw it under Party Tours on the cancuncare.com main page. 4 Bars in one night for $65 sounds like a great deal! I would like to hear from anyone who has tried this one out.

A couple of things that I have read on several post that the bars are so crowded once you get in to them that you have a hard time getting a drink and that unless you tip them real good then you don't get a drink very quick. Can someone answer on these too.

We had an AWESOME time on the tour last May. The bars ARE crowded but you have a "tour guide" who is constantly going up to the bar and getting your drinks. His job is to make sure you get to each bar and never have an empty drink! You also have reserved spots in each bar because you're with the tour and get to cut the long lines to get into it. Each bar is different, I believe we went to Congo, Daddy O, Daddy Rock, and Coco Bongo. Each bar has completely different music and atmosphere so you get to experience unqiue places. We loved it and will be going again next week. We'll be down 21st - 27th. If you'd like to meet up and come with us, PM me!

We did the party hop on our 1st trip and enjoyed it but it always seemed like we just started to get in the party mode then had to get back on the bus and go to a different place, the worst part was it ended up at The City and the place was sooooo loud and smokey where our "tour" was we left right away.

The past 2 times we went w/the hotel and that we really enjoyed! Its a horse a piece really, the 3 or 4 bars you get to go to is well worth it.....I recommend the party hop for 1st timers in Cancun but make sure you have a stop at Cocobongo's or better yet, if they have it your last stop!
