I completely agree! Your state of mind will dictate how much fun you're going to have at BBG! You can sit around complaining about hard beds and musty rooms and some of the complaints are genuine (i.e musty rooms) but your going to miss out on the really great things like the staff and all the amazing people you get to meet! If you're the type of person who needs everything to be a certain way then you really should do your research and choose accordingly. I can honestly my two trips to BBG have been the most fun I have ever had on vacation! Maybe it's just me but I like to think of the glass as half full.

Gotta say it.....................

If people complain about the bed being too hard/soft, they maybe spending too much time in the room. (I can do that at home)

As with anything, life is like a seven course meal with All the extras.
I prefer too live it like that. (I'll even ask for extra icecream and wine)

Yeah, but I like to do it anywhere I can..............Oh, you mean sleep!!!! The hard bed is kind of nice, because by the time you sober up enough to notice if it is unconfortable, you need to be getting up to drink more .

8) YEAH, I'M LOOKING TO BE REINSERTED TO THE CANCUN AREA. IT STARTED TO BECOME A LITTLE TOO EXPENSIVE AND SOME OF THE PEOPLE MORE MONEY ORIENTED INSTEAD OF FRIENDLY. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE BBG IS GOING TO BE MY KIND OF PLACE.
I USED TO BE A CLUB MEMBER AT THE CAMINO REAL, BUT NOW THAT IS DREAMS. SO THE BBG IS WHERE I'LL GET TO SHOW SOME FUTURE VACATIONERS THAT THERE STILL ARE SOME GREATTTT PLACES AND PEOPLE TO PARTY WITH IN CANCUN. :claphappy:

Default can't wait

My partner and I are arriving at BBG on June 11th 2007, for two whole weeks- for the first time I may add! We are so glad we chose the BBG everyone seems soooooo nice. Any worries I had after reading certain reviews have gone out of the window. We now wake up every morning with a feeling of excitement purely in anticipation of our adventure that awaits us. I am 31 and my partner is 26 and we are v.excited. SEE YOU IN JUNE PEOPLE XXXX

Default Is BBG good for singles?

Hi All,

This forum is great by the way. I am a single male, age 40, from Canada, just about ready to book a week at BBG for Dec 9-16/07.
Is this a good place to meet/chat with singles(females) around my age?
I notice alot of couple's posting comments, but was wondering what percentage of guests are single? Not looking for anything too crazy but it would be cool to meet some new people. I appreciate your feedback,

Bob
