April27-May3 TR Long as heck!!! Late as heck!!

Yeah, I know, it's late as heck!!! Better late than never.
To start off, we get up At 3am to set off for N.O. Airport. We are making really good time when our luck sets in. 20 min. from the airport, the tranny in Zack's truck went out. Big Decision time, do we stay behind and worry with the truck or do we try to forget everything and book it to BBG? yeah, you're right, we book it to bbg. Our nephew has promised to tow the truck home. Our flight was scary as hell. The plane landed sideways in Miami, Scaring the hell out of Zack and myself. Things can only get better, right? Well, we get to Cancun, connecting flight not much better. It takes us over 2 hours to get through customs!! We wait on Olympus Tours for about 45 min. They are finally ready to take us to BBG. Things are looking up. Check in was a breeze. All I asked was that we not be on the 1st floor. He gave us a really nice room. We got up to the room and called home to make sure the truck had been pulled home. It hadn't!! I spent the rest of the day, into the evening arranging to get the truck towed. Finally, that's over. Better just check out 12 and get some sleep before something else goes wrong.
DAY2: We get up early and save chairs by the sexy pool. Nice breeze warm sun. This is heaven. As the day goes by, BoB and Nancy, Harold and Tammy, Rhonda and David, Harryballs, The Godfather aka JimmyJeep, and lots of others wander in. We all meet to get a head count for Pericos on Sunday night. That night, NiceShoes. It was a blast, although Rhonda freaked us all out with the head incident.
DAY3: I am sunburned, so pretty much stay in the water all day till time to get ready for pericos. Perico's is a blast. Everyone picks on Rhonda and gets her all in an uproar. We left a few behind on accident. We took A huge crowd though.
DAY 4: BOOZE CRUISE day. We all meet up in front of BBG. Headed out for the CAT. It was great. The golf cart people should be shot!!! Ours sucked!!! We did tie off to David and Rhonda's cart, but got in a lil trouble and had to untie. It was fun as hell, we turned one corner on 2 wheels. It was almost like Nascar, golfcart style. We were supposed to get back and nap, then go to Coco Bongo's that night. There was no way, we were all half dead.
DAY5: Early morning since we all hit the sack early the night before. Had breakfast as well as many meals before with Tammy and Harold. Today was just a lazy day. I was trying to get drunk, but after about 25 PinaColadas, realized "They were virgin!!!!" Switched to Bourbon and coke. That did the job. Late night and can't remember much of anything.
DAY6: Shopping day. Harold, Tammy, Dave, Lanie, Zack and I went to Margaritaville (nothing to brag on) and went shopping. We went back to BBG to rest, then went to market 28. And, yes I love to haggle with them. Zack hates it, but it is fun to me. Went to nice shoes that night. Drunk as many nights before.
DAY7: Our last day. We went back to the mall to get a Penis shaped flute I had seen the day before. Zack bought it for me and Back to bbg we went. We sat at Margaritas most of the day till it was time for us to leave. I was tickled at the reaction we got from the waitors anhd bartenders seeing my flute. We had lunch with Harold and tammy and it was time to get going back to reality. After another crappy flight, we were home.
We had a blast at BBG and will be back the same time next year. We loved meeting all of the people from the board and feel that we made lasting friendships. Everyone was awesome!!!

Thanks for the CD. The pics were great! I love watching and re-living the time that we had at BBG.I am still waiting for pics from Harry and Matthew. YEah I will give a hollar when we hit New Orleans!! Thanks again!

We need to plan a weekend in New Orleans. We will be going to San Antonio the first week in August...but anytime after that. Im thinking maybe in september, that way some of the heat is gone....what do you guys think?

NO I haven't talked to him at all! I have left him several messages but no return calls. I have also emailed him and only gotten one response. Matthew has talked to him 2 times I think!
Yeah a trip in September for a long weekend maybe doable.

Just popping in to say hi to Rhonda and Dave!! How have you been?? Just got back from 8 days of hell...yes Disney..LOL Just booked Hedonism for October. Leave tomorrow am for a few days down the shore. What have you been up to?

We are doing great, had a blast this year at BBG, hopefully see you next year. Yeah I am headed to Disney June 9th for 10 days! Hopefully traveling somewhere in October,last year it was Cabo. Then Lake Tahoe for a wedding in February! Keep in touch!

Last year it was Cabo, maybe again this year or maybe I can talk Jimmy and Matthew into going back to BBG!!Too Fricken hot in Cabo!!

We had to go way to early on sat so we were gone by 6:15 we had a great time also. We are going to try for the same time next spring so keep your eyes out for us!
