June booze cruise for the 22nd, Steve : Cancun

How about it Steve do you think we could have a Booze cruise on the 22nd there's going to be a crowd. Anyone interested ?

Ok, I've looked at numbers again for this period as we've had quite a few new people add themeslves to the roll call since I last looked about a month ago.

We now have 31 people on the June roll call for the 22nd, however, quite a few seem to have made just a few posts and disappeared and others haven't been around for a while. That said I reckon we'd end up with between 15 and 20 people.

15-20 wouldn't be enough for a private hire on our regular boat. We just spoke to the company and because it's a busy time of year (for families and Mexican tourists) they now need a minimum of 30 for a private charter.

What we can do is:
We use our regular boat and crew and have maybe 10 or 15 others join us. There still wont be any kids (except my daughter!) and, providing we are in the majority, it will be our (improved) itinerary on the day not the regular one. We will have to have our games on the beach instead of on the beach and the boat, but other than that it will be the same as usual.

I will PM everyone who is there for the 22nd and ask them to post here if they want to come along.

Sorry to the Mod who locked this one, I've just unlocked it. :wink:

The right place to post confirmations is the new sticky thread, but I wanted to use this thread for people who maybe didnt want to confirm just yet and had questions about the arrangements.

Also some (I know I'm guilty of it) naturally bypass the stickies as many dont get regularly added to. Since we are on a short timescale for this I wanted as many as posisble to see it before it drops down the board.

Thanks though. I can see where you're coming from on locking it.
