Trip Report - June 9th - 16th

I love reading trip reports so thought I'd return the favour. This was my fourth visit to BBG and I can't wait to go back again. The best is when you walk into the resort and every staff member you walk past says 'Welcome Home'! Tracy and became known and the Crazy Canadians and we had a blast meeting all the Cancun Care 'Juners'.

Day 1 – June 9
We were supposed to arrive at BBG around 9 am but didn’t make it until 2:30 pm, there was a four hour delay at the Toronto airport, first time I’ve ever experienced that and it sucked! I traveled with my normal partner in crime Tracy and also four of her friends, three of them got on a flight that was supposed to take off 10 minutes after ours, they did not have a delay and arrived at BBG in the morning.
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we decided to wander out to the sexy pool for a drink. As we were walking past the sports pool, Chinos was in full form playing tequila volleyball and sitting on the side was CrazyMike. Tracy and I introduced ourselves and him and Diane became our ‘bitches’ for the remainder of the trip. After a few drinks we checked to see if our room was ready and had the guy who sets up the safe follow us to the room so that we didn’t have to wait. Vanessa at the front desk was fabulous by the way! Our safe didn’t work so we were told that a maintenance guy would show up on Sunday to fix it, that never happened so we locked our crap up in our suitcase and luckily nothing was stolen. We quickly put on our swimsuits and met up with the rest of the Canadian gang at the sexy pool where we proceeded to have drinks, drinks and more drinks. We met tons on Cancun Care folk and it was fun yelling out the nicknames across the pool, everyone was so nice and we have lots of emails to keep in touch. Went for dinner at the buffet and our waiter Carlos took care of us by bringing over melon shots every 5 minutes, needless to say I have trouble remembering walking out of the buffet place but we did make it to Nice Shoes where we boogied our asses off with the Cancun Care group. I realized that I was the only one left from my group at Nice Shoes and decided to walk around to see where everyone went, couldn’t find a soul so walked up to my room and there was Tracy curled up in bed. I told a friend that I met I would be right back but the bed called out my name and I passed out within 5 minutes of entering the room.

Day 2 – June 10
Woke up early and went for breakfast which is always my favourite meal at BBG and sometimes my only meal which happened a few times throughout the week. Played horseshoes at 10:30 and met John and Wade, both from this forum. John and his wife Susan (I think that’s her name) were very sweet and Wade and Karen from Calgary became our sidekicks for the rest of the week or perhaps we were their sidekicks. After horseshoes, can’t remember who won, we hung out at the sexy pool and drank most of the day away while hanging out with the rest of the Juners. I believe I talked to Todzilla this day for a good 20 minutes and can’t for the life of me remember what we talked about, I know this because the next day when we chatted again, I asked him all the same questions….oops…and he was like, umm…we talked about this yesterday. Tops came off in the pool later in the afternoon and we were told that Canadian’s have soft boobies….can’t remember who felt em but it’s all good. Tracy and I decided to skip dinner and go for a nap so that we could participate in the beer drinking contest where I was bragging all day that I would whoop some ass and then we would party at my favourite club ‘Daddy Rocks’…can you guess what happened? We woke up at 12 am and I looked over at Tracy in her bed and said ‘F&*K’, we got up, went to the grill and had a burger then crashed again. I have to say that I regretted sleeping so long this day my whole trip because apparently we missed a rockin good time.
Day 3 – June 11
Woke up early again, had breakfast and played horseshoes. Dori and her hubby Paul arrived the day before and played as well. We met Dori a few years ago on our first trip to BBG and she hadn’t changed a bit, one sexy mama! Dori kicks ass at horseshoes so being the competitive person I am, I had to beat her, unfortunately, I only played against her twice and she kicked butt both times. Not sure what happened to Dori but she disappeared the next day. The days pretty much go like this for the rest of the trip, breakfast, horseshoes and then drinks at the sexy pool. Today was crazy darts and boy has that game changed…I never seen hand marks on a man’s ass like that in my life and have pics to prove it…poor Wade is all I have say.
Went to Cocobongo’s this night at it was AWESOME, if you ever go to Cancun, you have to go to this club!

Day 4 – June 12
Same old, same old. I think we played waterpolo on this day and I ended up with burises on my arms after the game, the rules in waterpolo are that the guys are not allowed to touch the women but women get to do whatever they want to the men, it was fun! We went to the restaurant across the street called the Rio tonight with Wade and Karen.. For $35 USD, you get a buffet of seafood and side dishes while the waiters are constantly bring skewers of freshly grilled meat to your table, we tried NY steak, sirloin, top sirloin, sausage, lamb, ribs, turkey wrapped in bacon and chicken, it was a carnivores wet dream.

It all becomes a blur from now on but hopefully Tracy can fill in the gaps.

Day 5 – June 13

Went to Basics – Wally’s birthday at midnight, drank a lot and had a blast.

Day 6 – June 14

Wally’s actual birthday, Went to Cocobongos again with CrazyMike and gang, VIP service was amazing, we had the best time ever.

Day 7 – June 15

Karen’s birthday, Tequila volleyball and water basketball.

Day 8 – June 16

Home and another 4 hour delay at airport….reality bites!

Those Canadian girls love their horseshoes! You guys were a blast to hang out with I'm glad we had the chance.

Yes you have my wife name correct (Sue) although for a couple of days I don't know if Traci believed I had a wife. BTW she has the same birthday as Wally.

Did I hear you correctly when you called yourself a 'Puck Bunny'

Maybe we can meet up again in a future trip.
