Yep I do remember you my naked friend. Lol different being naked all the time though is alot different. Much prefer to see people with clothes on or some at least. Missed my swimsuits in Jamaica.

agreed - at least as far as men go - as i have never seen a pretty penis

Have you people been to TTR Cabo? Friends we met in Cancun said a week in TTR Cabo is like a weak week at the TTR Cancun quiet pool........except more boring.

i have heard everything from everyone about this place lol

so to be honest i am not sure as we have never been to ttr cabos (although i have been to cabo just not this place)

here is what i do know

(1) hot tub (larger than my swimming pool) that stays open all night, and it has a bar open all night and over looks the sea of cortez

note:
this has to be at least ten times better at night than anything ttr cancun can offer

(2) t and i have a blast wherever we go

note:
even the holiday inn in des moines would be a party

(3) have not been deep sea fishing in several years and some of the best deep sea fishing on the planet is there

note: never get to fish in cancun

(4) my favorite restaurant on the planet (ediths) actually is there and ive been meaning to take t to eat there

note: worth the trip to cabo just to eat here

(5) my favorite bar (el squid roe) on the planet is there also

note: see not about #5

(6) i dont have to make reservations 24 days in advance to eat a meal - i just walk into the specialty rest and eat like a normal person should when they are on vacation


note: in cancun - were it not for t.ken i would never get to eat anything other than buffet food

(7) i dont have to worry about getting a seat at the pool

note: its a f'n mess trying to tie down a spot in cancun - hell im on vacation - should not have to fight over a damn chair should i?

(8) its cheaper than cancun

note: april 16-24 in cancun is 1,000 more than cabo (source expedia.com)

(9) stephen and kendra are going for their honeymoon bash and a large number of other people we know and love are going

note: my friends in cabo - makes cabo ten times more fun than cancun

(10) t has never been to cabo and wants to go

note: ive been saying someday long enough - if it dont get off my ass and book it t is going to think my "someday" is a code word for "never"

so

those are the things i do in fact know about cabo

Yes Dave and Ellie we have been there. I like Cancun better. It's a better party but Cabo was also nice too. Just a different trip. We went three weeks after the change over and there was still some pissed off people that wanted desire not TTR. Just like every vacation we met and partied with great people.

From someone who has been there, the hot tub is a blast.....huge, multilevelled, overlooks the ocean and has a bar inside the tub. Great mingling place. A highlight of my trip.

the rates as of today flying out of dfw are really great (almost 500.oo us dollars less pp than temptation cancun for the exact same time period which adds up to being almost a 1000 dollar savings per couple)

if you guys can catch a cheap flight here and back like a sw airlines flight this is a really cheap trip and it looks like at least 6-10 more saggy bottoms are booking as well so the seats on the early morning flight out of dfw are booking quickly

We did Temptations Cabo in Late January. The roof top hot tub is awesome!! Great place to party and mingle. I think getting a group together before hand will only enhance the fun to be had. We were able to make friends quickly and within a few days we had a nice little group that did things together. A lot of the time our little group would entice others to get involved and there's always MORE fun in numbers. Rob you and T seem to have the knack of organizing people and events....I'm sure where every you are fun will be had by all. Have a blast, do a night in Cabo, definately do some fishing...oh, and most definately a booze cruise! It's not STEVE's boobs cruise but still alot of fun. Party on and hang loose my brotha!

thanks for the envouragment - we are all very excited

definitely getting a group makes for more fun

our first trip to tr cancun was with april showers and hillbilly (just us four) and we had a blast, but it was even more fun when we went back with others and were able to meet many more (many through this site).

while i will readily admit that the resort plays into the experience................i certainly do not think it makes the experience - not even 25 % of the expereince

ultimately what makes the experience are the people - ALWAYS!!!

oftentimes i have people ask me how we are able to pull off the awesome parties

- my answer is/was and always will be very simple -

t and i work very hard to put everything in place so that a great time can be had by all - but that is all we can do - what makes the great time are the people - so we always work very hard to assemble great, like minded, fun, free spirited, non judgemental people

the people always make the party....not the location

the location is simply a bonus and this location (having been to cabos before) is a double bonus

you will not regret it - just fly to dallas and then fly down with all of us
