Some people prefer travel agents and some use online sites. I usually check out Bookit and Apple online before I do anything....and usually end up going with one of them.

I search expedia too. We booked with them last year. Everything went fine.

Been checking prices on Bookit, Expedia and Apple for April over the last month and Expedia has had the best prices.

I almost always use orbitz. i find it to be the cheapest. just play around with airports in your area. sometimes if you dont mind driving like 2 hours you can find it for wayyyy cheaper!

Also.... check out goldenparnassuscancun.com for a decent rate on rooms(i've used them twice)
and bookingbuddy or Kayak.com (I've used kayak quite a few times) for cheap flights.

It is usually cheapest to do orbitz since they give you a discount for booking both flight and hotel together.

Apple vacations i used the first 2 times I went. They are pricey but a great company.

For your transfer... use the company on the main page. I forget the name of it... but we paid soooo little!!! I'll post it as soon as i find it! ;)

Use Best day travel. I do the shared transfer. You get to meet other people when you first get there! Also, it does take them to their hotels as well, but it has never added too much time to our initial trip to our hotel. I think they are fun! Here is the link:
Cancun Airport Transfer | Shared Cancun Transfer Just $9

Dirt cheap, safe, reliable, and friendly! :)

Anyone ever used cheapcarribean.com to book your trip? I found it on TRIPAdvisor while researching. They had the best deal of anyone. I have just never used them before. Found a Club ocean package for $400 less than even expedia.

What no balcony. The one that I looked at was a ocean view club with jacuzzi and it had a blacony.

Do they have other rooms with jacuzzi and balconies? The pictures of the room on the sites show a balcony and a jacuzzi.

Let me know cause that will make a huge difference. My wife has to have a balcony..........

oh yeah.... they have jacuzzi rooms....but the "club rooms" are on the 5th and 6th floor i believe, with NO balconies. They may have changed the name to the jacuzzi room.... calling it a "club" room to make it sound snazzy.... but i would call just to make sure it definitely has a balcony.

hahah and trust me! i completely understand the need! :D

yeah I will definitely make sure that it has a balcony. The ones on expedia says that all of there's have balconies. The only one I found was on like orbitz that was a Golden Club Suite and I don't think it had one. My main thing is jacuzzi and balcony.............

If you use orbitz I have a promo code that will save you $200 on a 6 day or more stay. Its 200entertain or entertain200 . Can't remember which as its been both over the past couple years.

We use Orbitz a lot. AppleVacations some as well.

Also a great Travel Agent that many on this site use. He lives in the Cancun area and we have nothing but good things to say about David. PM me if you want his info.
