    And down another three lol.. I'm now lower than I was my Sept 2013 trip, and I busted my ass at the gym and with my diet..

    42 days to go until TTR.. Wonder if I can lose another twenty by then at this rate lol.

    I'm almost at the 10 lb mark! As of this morning, I have lost 9.4 lbs ... feels good but still have long way to go to lose baby weight before trip in May!

    TTR Newbie! Going May 2016!

    A couple of injuries had me sidelined for most of 2014 and I ended up gaining over 26 pounds. I had knee surgery at the end of last year and have lost 16 so far this year. Hoping to drop the last 10 before my trip in November.

    K I am back. Down 3 lbs this week and hit the gym in hopes of 10 before the 26th. I been having huge problems with bone pain and back pain. Time to get it down again for this trip.

    Down 22lbs since July 3.. I'll take it. Now I need to start working out so I can actually tone a bit lol

    Frick so having a hard time with motivation. Just sick of losing it to go gain it. I know however for me to wear what I want I have to get super strict. Looks like little to no carbs till I leave.

    I've plateaued around the 25lb lost mark.. Probably just hover here until the trip since I'm starting my liver training this weekend

    ok been at the gym lately, sore armpits!! wtf!! well I can say hey look at my firm armpits everyone! really? stairmaster and I have a love hate relationship! need to make this happen! guess I have to step it up. 20 days! not long

    this firming up of winter jigglies is hard!!! my own fault for grazing all winter. I bought a new swim suit I love it! damn it I will wear it anyways, if people don't like it they don't have to look!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! off to the gym to see if maybe I can get my fingers sore!

    Still fighting with that same 3 lbs. this week though I have to eat all the fruit and veggies in the house. Maybe miracles can still happen.

    great got a notification from site I purchased swimsuits. Delayed 1-2 weeks assholes!!! oh welll need to find back up.

    Signed up to do a 10k in November so hopefully that will keep me on better track with my food . I going gym 6 days a week have a P.T 3-4 times aswell . Am not weighing my self any more feel better and my clothes do but the scales hardly move :(

    So I thought I would go and run to see how far I am off 10k well I did the 10k in 1hr 1 min and 30 secwitch is not bad cos I've not ran 10k for about 12 years !!! But I've only gone and badly strained my foot from doing to much to soon so it's rest for the next few day !!!
