    I was on track then fell off now back on ! I've put about 10 lb from last year can't fit in my clothes So need to be on this now 13 1/2 week !

    Don't worry.

    I work alot no time to even cook food at home. So i took few pounds. Was 212.4 was 206.4 can't wait for monday to see if there's any progress :)!

    I've been doing a lot of cooking from the body coach book very easy and quick recipes I also follow him on Facebook . I've started using my fitness pal aswell to get a idea of my macros( fat carbs protein) and cals .

    My Fitness Pal is an awesome tool. I have found that tracking my calorie intake and my calories exhausted is a huge help, but it takes discipline to log EVERY calorie you put in your mouth. I will be back in July.....started back in the gym a few weeks ago. Can't wait!!! :flash: --Ginger

    I habe the watch gps for runner by garmin really accurate and I love it.

    Had a similar version of fibit and hate it. Lol but the garmin is like 400$

    K well now that I am almost past being sick with this stupid cold it is time to get back on track for April. I have lost of work to do.

    7th trip is booked for April and I've used the resort gym on previous trips, I was wondering if the resort has personal trainers? I was there a few times it looked like it might have been resort trainers there with clients but it might have just been buddies training together.

    My hubby uses the Fitbit and I've used the Garmon. They are both good, but the level of satisfaction depends on what you're using it for/how your using it. Both sync to the MyFitnessPal app, which is really nice.

    I now use the iwatch. I love the heart monitor feature to monitor my workouts and this also syncs to MyFitnessPal. All good tools.

    My first month back didn't go as well as I'd hoped, but getting started is always a real challenge. Getting into the swing of it....Feb will be better. :xyxthumbs: --Ginger

    After a week. Still felling a little bit sick but eating crap and I lost about 2 pounds
    (When I say I eat crap was actually frozen food as I was too sick to do anything. ) need to remove stuff in the basement might do that as well and do some treadmill..

    I use my fitness pal to track What I eat and try to stay under 1200 calories.

    Whatever you have is contagious! LOL. j/k Been sick since Sunday. Sooo frustrating to have to sit at home and not go to the gym. Trying to eat healthy during this time. Fingers crossed I don't gain, but looking forward to get back to it next week (I hope). --Ginger

    I use a jawbone, fitbits kept dying on me. Stopped drinking beer last January 2nd, eliminated dairy (except greek yogurt) and only a couple slices of bread a week. That along with Planet Fitness= 60 pounds gone:partytime:
