Chichen Itza Tours

A Tour to Chichen Itza is by far the easiest and most convenient way to visit this World famous archeological site. Private Chichen Itza tours are also available and these may work out more suitable if you have a larger group or prefer the personal touch. With a private tour you can also visit the additional sites of the Ik Kil cenote or Ek Balam. I really wouldn't recommend you travel there via hire car. The journey is long (2 and a half hours) the roads are for the most part deserted, gas stations are infrequent and there are also tolls to negotiate. It is also very very easy to get lost coming back and end up taking the old road which twists and turns through a hundred small villages in pitch blackness, craters in the road and 12" speed bumps that spring up from nowhere, I know I survived it! Choose from 4 different options for your Chichen Itza Tour:
