The main website and the forum are separate

This policy covers www.cancuncare.com. The Cancuncare Forum is a separate service with its own Privacy Policy and Cookie Usage notice.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed for the way you use the website:

  • Contact forms: your email address, message and any name or other details you choose to provide. The form may also record basic technical and anti-spam information.
  • Bookings or orders: the details requested by the relevant form, such as names, email address, date, party size and booking or order information.
  • Site visits: basic information such as IP address, browser or device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location and error or performance data.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information through the general contact form.

How we use it

A general contact message is not treated as permission to send marketing emails.

Contact-form messages

Messages sent through our Contact Us form are stored in our website so we can read and answer them. A copy may also be sent to the Cancuncare owner’s email inbox. The form can store a message even if the email notification is delayed or fails.
