Upcoming Desire Cruises

These are the operator’s publicly announced voyages as checked on 5 October 2026. Ports and schedules can change; the sailing details and your final travel documents should guide your plans.

Singapore, the departure port for the November 2026 cruise.

4–13 November 2026 · 9 nights

Singapore to Laem Chabang, the port for Bangkok, with calls at Port Klang, Langkawi, Ho Chi Minh City and Ko Samui. There are three sea days and an overnight call in Ho Chi Minh City.

This longer Asian route combines city visits with island stops. The overnight in Ho Chi Minh City gives you more time ashore, while Singapore and Bangkok offer different options for extending your trip before and after the cruise.

The operator lists this voyage as “Waiting List.” Its cabin listings may show different availability, so confirm your chosen cabin directly before making travel arrangements. Joining a waiting list does not confirm a place.

12–19 February 2027 · 7 nights

A round trip from San Juan, Puerto Rico, calling at Aruba, Curaçao, St. Maarten and St. Thomas. Two sea days give you time to enjoy the onboard atmosphere between island stops.

Choose this sailing for a week of Caribbean island hopping with the convenience of returning to the same port. The two sea days leave room for parties and relaxing on board between the four island calls.

19–26 September 2027 · 7 nights

A round trip from Lisbon with calls at Cádiz, Casablanca, Tenerife and Funchal, Madeira. Two sea days break up the route through Spain, Morocco and the Atlantic islands.

This route mixes mainland Spain and Morocco with Tenerife and Madeira. Returning to Lisbon simplifies planning both ends of your journey; the Atlantic island calls give it a different feel from a Mediterranean cruise.

The operator lists this voyage as “Waiting List.” Its cabin listings may show different availability, so confirm your chosen cabin directly before making travel arrangements. Joining a waiting list does not confirm a place.

Hong Kong–Singapore — January 2028

16–26 January 2028 · 10 nights

Sail from Hong Kong to Singapore via Manila, Boracay, Coron, Puerto Princesa, Kota Kinabalu and Muara, Brunei. The itinerary includes two sea days and a final overnight in Singapore.

At ten nights, this is the longest of the five announced sailings. Its six intermediate ports make it a destination-focused option, with the final overnight in Singapore adding time to explore before heading home.

Rome–Trieste — September 2028

9–16 September 2028 · 7 nights

Begin at Civitavecchia, the port for Rome, and finish in Trieste. The route visits Salerno, Corfu, Kotor, Split and Zadar, with one day at sea.

With five port calls and just one sea day, this is a busy itinerary for couples who enjoy exploring ashore. Plan travel into the Rome area and home from Trieste, allowing for the transfer to Civitavecchia at the start.

What to Expect On Board

Desire’s programme centres on couples: clothing-optional areas, themed pool parties, evening entertainment, workshops and a couples-only Playroom. Dining and time ashore are part of the appeal too, so think about how much time you want for exploring and how much you want to spend enjoying life on board.

Theme Nights and Pool Parties

We strongly recommend you check the dress codes for each night. Participation makes it so much more fun!

Use the programme for your chosen sailing when packing costumes and planning your evenings. Pool parties, workshops and theme nights give you different ways to join in, at a pace that suits you and your partner.

Clothing, Privacy and Consent

Clothing-optional means designated areas, rather than the whole ship. Appropriate clothing is required in restaurants and other public areas. Follow the crew’s instructions and local port rules.

Respect other couples’ boundaries: no means no. The Playroom is for couples only, and photography and video are prohibited there and in clothing-optional areas. Elsewhere, respect other guests’ privacy when taking pictures.

Cabins, Inclusions and the Complete Cost

Compare the final quote for your selected sailing and cabin, including the beverage package, dining, internet and room-service terms. Check mandatory port charges, taxes and gratuities alongside the cabin fare, then allow for flights, hotels, transfers, excursions and any onboard extras you want.

Before paying, read the deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms for that particular voyage. For a route with different departure and arrival ports, plan both ends of your trip rather than assuming return flights from the same city.
